My Journey

I have been married to my husband Ken for 23 years now. I have a son, Trevor, who is about to start his third year in college. I went back to school when I was in my 30's, when my son was small and I was working a full-time job. I graduated with my Bachelor's degree and then decided to pursue my Masters, basically without taking a break between the two. I have worked with kids on and off throughout my life in various different roles including Sunday School teacher, daycare teacher and babysitter/nanny. I'm passionate about helping kids especially change their thinking at a young age so that they can grow into their teenage years and their adult years as confident and self-sufficient individuals that can take on the world and accomplish everything they set out to do.
